Tidy Up! 2.3.5 has been released today and is now supporting OS X Lion.

The award winning application introduced, with the version 2, nearly 50 new features to the already comprehensive tool.

This last update has been fully optimized for OS X Lion but it will be working also on Snow Leopard.

Tidy Up! Is a great utility to use if you want to free some space on your Mac and remove any duplicate file.

Tidy Up! uses a fast search algorithm that quickly scans any mounted drive volumes (hard drives, optical discs and portable drives) without writing an index. It locates duplicate items using a wide range of criteria including: owner application, time created or modified, name, label, extension and content.

Your iPhoto database, iTunes, Aperture, all contain duplicate files. Tidy Up! will move all the duplicates to a ‘Smart Basket’ from where files can be moved, archived or trashed.

Tidy Up! is highly recommended and is currently on special for $30 instead of $39.
