According to the Korean publication yonhap news, Samsung has revealed on Wednesday its plans to file complaints in Italy and France against the new iPhone.
Apple unveiled yesterday its upgraded iPhone 4S that will only be available to the public, in the US, after October 14th but Samsung has other plans for the awaited device.
We’ve reported before about Samsung’s intention to block sales of Apple’s latest device in Korea and Europe: today comes the confirmation.
According to the publication, Samsung will file its complains with the Italian and French judges on Wednesday morning seeking the ban of the iPhone 4S for alleging violating three patented technologies related with WCDMA which is the 3G technology.
Apple has recently turned down Samsung’s deal in Australia to settle the Galaxy Tab court case that has dragged for months.
