Google has already pulled the newly launched Gmail app from the app store when people pointed out that it had quite a few bugs.
Upon installation you got a Notification Error that said “no valid ‘aps-enviroment’ entitlement string found for application“. I went ahead and signed in my Gmail account expecting the app wouldn’t work…but it was working fine.
What didn’t work was the push notification and you couldn’t save an attachment from the app itself.
Some users found that the app was often unresponsive and that wasn’t indexing your device’s address book.
A part from that it looks really good and I’m going to hang on to mine
Google apologized for the bugs and said in a statement that they’ve decided to remove it from the App Store while working to correct the problems and that a new version will be released soon.
