How to send single or multiple photos via iMessage on iOS 5

If you’ve already upgraded to iOS 5 then you should know about iMessage, the instant messaging service which is free between iOS 5 users.

Using the free iMessage, you can send a single photo or multiple ones but the way of doing that it’s slightly different.

Sharing single photo via iMessage

Sending one image is pretty simple.

-Tap the green Messages icon and select the addressee. If he or she has iOS 5, you’ll see iMessage written in the text box.iMessage-1

-Tap the camera icon in the bottom left and either select Take Photo or Video or Choose Existing.

-Once you’ve selected the picture you want to share, tap Choose in the bottom right, enter some text if you need and tap Send.imessage-photo

Sharing multiple images via iMessage

-Tap the Photo icon and tap the arrow in the top right corner.select-photo

-Select the images you want to send by tapping on them once. You can select up to 2 photos if you are sending via iMessage and up to 9 if you are emailing them.

-Tap the Share bottom in the bottom left corner

-Tap Message to send via iMessage send-imessage

-Fill the To: XX field and enter some text if you wish and then tap Send.sending-imessageThat’s it. Now you can send free picture to all the people who have iOS 5, for free.
