Fake Jailbreak app pulled from the App Store

News

Just a few days ago I’ve warned you about the fake jailbreaking application that somehow made it to the App Store called Jailbreak.

The $10 app had been released on October 26th and was disguised as an app capable of jailbreaking virtually any Apple handheld device running from iOS 3+

In reality the app was a game but very cleverly there were no screenshots or anything about the game, and some aspirant jailbreakers may have paid the $10, thinking they would have been able to jailbreak their Apple device.

Jailbreak has now been removed from the App Store.

Anyone who thinks Apple would let a genuine jailbreaking tool onto the APP STORE should remove themselves from the gene pool ASAP.
