Snapseed, the popular iPhone and iPad app that was awarded with iPad app of the year 2011, has introduced on Thursday a Mac version that brings all image editing features that made the app famous, plus some more new ones, to your desktop.
Already available from the Mac App Store for a hefty $20, Snapseed is possibly the best and most versatile photo editing app, which includes various filters and mangling tools.
With this fully featured app you can quickly touch up photographs, adjust saturation, contrast, white balance, as well as adding various borders, cropping and straightening.
The app supports AirPrint printing, along with easy sharing options for your favorite social networks.
The company behind the app, Nik Software, said that an version will soon be released.
Snapseed needs at least Mac OS 10.6.8 and it’s available from the Mac App Store.
