iFunBox, available for Mac and Windows users, is a free applications/file manager for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch that will allow you to install applications, transfer files between your computer and iOS device, and back up your device’s file system on your computer.

Please be careful when you start fiddling around with the device’s Raw File System, because this app will give you total control over the File System and don’t delete anything unless you know what you are doing and you have backup.

The app allows you to backup the apps on your device as .ipa packages that can be shared and reinstalled onto any iPhone or iPad. Support install unofficial/unsigned .ipa based on AppSync without Installous.

iFunBox also has a General Storage tab on the left of the app, and when this is selected, you can drag and drop any file or folder into your device and use it as a high-speed flash memory device.
