A new jailbreak tweak by Italian developer VincenzoBB was in traduced on Tuesday on the Cydia Store.

AnimateDock is a $0.99 tweak brings animation to the icons on your iPhone’s dock. After installation you can configure the animations you prefer via the Settings app. Beside the type of animation, you can also change the icon’s size, the duration of its animation and you can also hide reflection, labels, and badges.
