“Very difficult to make” this is what Hon Hai chairman Terry Gou said about Apple’s devices.
Mr Gou complained that his company it is not been making a good profit from manufacturing Apple iPad and iPhone.
Hon Hai is the parent company of Foxconn and Mr Gou recently told shareholders that “We’ve helped Apple make a lot of money … If our customers make money, then we can also make money. I most fear customers that don’t make money.”
Hon Hai is allegedly planning on increasing the Apple’s production by becoming more productively efficient.
Bloomberg reports that Hon Hai profits have not been as good as they should, due to wages increases and by moving operations to inland China.
