Magican Monitor is a free system-monitoring application for Mac OS X.
Same as other system monitoring applications, Magican Monitor will start tracking all the main essential data that as a users you might want to have. The app will monitor your incoming and outgoing network connection, all the temperatures of disk, CPU etc, as well as RAM usage, disk and CPU usage, sensor and battery information.
Magican Monitor also scans the disk and returns you detailed info such as used space, still active space, and writing/reading peak speed which is a very feature to have.
All the gathered information can be viewed as data or in an easy to read graphic.
Once installed the application will display an nice floating accordion window with all your system’ monitored info. The windows is highly customizable: simply drag off the windows the data you don’t want to be displaying or change their order with a click and drag.
Magican Monitor does its job without using too many resources from your processor.
The application is totally free and definitely worth checking it out . I’ve contacted the developer asking for a Lion ready version and they said they are currently working on it and it shouldn’t take too long.
