The Florida based Doremisoft has recently announced the release of its Doremisoft SWF to MOV converter for Mac 2.1.1.

If you’ve already upgraded to Mac OS X Lion, you know that your machine doesn’t support Flash. video-to-flash-mac

Doremisoft converter enables you to convert online a YouTube video and watch it on a standalone media player like QuickTime or VLC.

Let’s assume you’ve been recording on your Mac using Jing. You might have noticed that other converters normally turn the .swf file into an audio file.

This converter is capable of converting the Flash SWF videos to conventional video formats like MOV, MPEG4, FLV, AVI, MKV, HD videos and more. After it’s converted, simply watch it with your preferred media player.

The $50 price tag for the app is a little steep IMO, but that’s me: I always find apps over twenty bucks hard to justify, especially if you think you can get a whole Mac OS X Lion for $29.

Doremisoft offers a free trial of its application before you purchase the full version
